Meet the Manager
“I’ve always believed the best care comes from getting to know people properly—what makes them smile, what they enjoy, and how they like things done. It’s about making them feel at home, every single day. “
With many years of experience in the care sector, Diane began her journey with Hollyman Care Homes at our sister home, Broadlands Park, where she worked as a Care Facilitator. Over the years, Diane has built a strong foundation in
compassionate, person-centred care and developed a deep understanding of what truly matters to residents and their families.
Diane leads with commitment and heart, drawing on her practical experience and long-standing relationship with the homes to ensure the highest standards of care. Her approach is hands-on and supportive, helping to create an environment
where residents feel safe, valued, and genuinely at home.

Meet The Deputy Manager
Sue has been part of the Hollyman Care Homes family for many years, bringing warmth, experience, and dedication to everything she does. She has worked at both Broadland House and Broadlands Park, and now proudly serves as Deputy Manager at Broadland House.
Sue works closely with Home Manager Diane to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care, and her calm, compassionate approach makes her a reassuring presence for residents, families, and staff alike.
