Rachel Nicholls is the experienced and dedicated Registered Manager of Broadland House and its sister home, Martham Lodge. With over 18 years in the care sector, Rachel’s journey began as a care assistant, where she developed a deep understanding of delivering compassionate and person-centred care. She holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Rachel’s wealth of experience and dedication ensure both homes maintain the highest standards of care in a warm and homely environment, promoting dignity, independence, and a true sense of belonging for all residents.
