Rachel Nicholls is the dedicated and highly experienced Registered Manager of both Martham Lodge and Broadland House Residential Care Homes. With 20 years in the care industry, Rachel has risen through the ranks, starting as a care assistant and progressing to her current managerial role. Her passion for health and social care was sparked by her experience caring for a disabled relative, which inspired her to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Rachel holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. She is deeply committed to providing exceptional, person-centred care, treating every resident with the same compassion and respect she would give to her own family. Managing two homes, Rachel strives to create warm, homely environments where residents feel valued, safe, and supported. Her goal is to ensure the highest standards of care and to enhance the quality of life for all those she supports.
